URGENT - Problems with Glide and Airtable sync

can you please check, seems like Glide and Airtable are not syncing.

In Airtable work orders 1571 1572,1573,1574 have no data

but in Glide there are data

(for example 1572 =)

I’ve also experienced issues synccing data from Airtable to Glide. The changes to the images stored in Airtable aren’t synccing through at all. When we tried manually synccing, we got the error message that said refreshing the spreadsheet exceeded the time limit so Glide has to halt it.

This is quite critical because our user’s table is based off of an Airtable table and the user’s are experiencing login issues if we set the app to Private and rely on the Airtable Users table.

I solved the problem

In Glide I deleted the connection to Airtable,

and then made a new connection to the same table, now it works.

So annoying… it was working fine for more then a year,

two days ago stopped working

My client is killing me because of this

Ah. I haven’t got that option for my client’s account. But I’ll let them know what to try. Hopefully it sorts the issue. Annoying that it’s randomly stopped working, but at least if it solves the problem, that will be the first thing I try if it happens again

Does it keep the old “connections” between tables if you have done it before, e.g a relation, a lookup etc, and also the setup you have done on the front end?

It would be so bad if you have to re-do everything.

I have the exact same issue, and need to urgently resolve. I am unsure though how to delete the connection to Airtable in Glide. Is there a link somewhere which explains this. Appreciate if you can share how this should be done.

I have the same problem and have tried on both Safari and Chrome on my Mac. In Safari nothing happens when I click on + and then Airtable. In Chrome, I get sent to a payment page.

Have you tried Option 2 in the link above?

Both options require click on plus and then click on Airtable. Not working for me, as noted above.

If you reach out to Glide Support via the builder, they will be able to help.

I don’t think I can do that as I am on the free plan??

If you’re on a Free Plan, then syncing with external data sources is not supported.

I’ve been able to sync to Airtable without an issue up until now - has something changed? I’m on the legacy free plan

I had the same problem. When I clicked the “+” button, a modal popped up with an endless loading spinner.

I managed to fix it like this:

  1. In Airtable, go to your dashboard, click your avatar, then “Integrations” → “Third-party integrations”. Revoke Glide.
  2. Back in Glide, open the “Data” tab and click “+”. Then **literally wait 2–3 minutes until the spinner times out. You should then see a Refresh button—click it and reconnect your table. Wait a bit, then trigger a manual sync using the sync button in the bottom right.

I’m attempting to add airtable source and just getting " Error
There was a problem linking the data source" message.
I’ve already tried the revoking and reconnecting, I can see the airtable bases, but every time I try to connect it just gives error.
