Urgent ( I cant update my data on apps )

Hello,

My team cant update the data on the apps, after i change password of my microsoft 365.
After i add the data from apps, the data is entry on the apps but when i reload the page, the data disapear and the input data not entry to my database on microsoft excel 365.

Please help.

  1. my dashboard apps, before i entry the data
  2. the format data must be entry
  3. The data was input on the app
  4. after i reload the page, the data is lost
  5. The data is not entry to my database on excel 365.

Have you tried reverting the password back to what it was before the change?
