Upgrade Storage

Got an error: “The upload quota for this app has been reached”

says I have 6 of 6 GB full…can I add, or where can I delete files that are in the current storage?

Thanks!

What is you team plan?

Legacy?

What legacy plan?

Legacy Starter plan.

I just deleted an old version of our App (that wasn’t being used)…and the storage dropped from 6GB to 2.9 GB. But I would still like to understand how to adjust the storage if this happens again.

I am not familiar with legacy plans, maybe @Jeff_Hager @Darren_Murphy or @ThinhDinh have the answer for you !

There is an outstanding bug with Glide where the same files referenced in two or more apps will double, triple, quadruple the storage used for the team, even though it’s only one copy of the file that is actually stored. This is especially troublesome and noticable with plans that have less storage. So the first step in freeing up space is to remove any duplicate apps that may be causing your storage to be overinflated.

Next, if you want to delete any unused files, just remove any reference to those files in any table used by your apps. The file will be permanently deleted from glide storage after 30 days, but your storage quota should be updated immediately.
