Unwanted '-' (hyphen) in the list of Choice items

When making a choice component required, the ‘-’ is removed. Are you trying to do the same thing where you want the choice component to be required (to remove the ‘-’, but not require a choice to be selected all of the time? You can add a visibility condition to any component to make is show or hide based on various conditions, but I that would depend on what your conditions would be. Just note that when you make a choice component required, you can not unselect a choice once you select something.
