Un able to log in

I sign in with my Company.com email.

When I view my account settings it shows two emails for me. One my gmail and one my company.com email.

I can sign in and log out of my Company.com email account.

BUT when I try and sign in on my gmail account, the tab shows an all white screen.

Also, when logged with my company.com email and i try and edit a layout or table, it says error you are already logged in another tab.

Any suggestions?

NOTE: I don.t know why the company. com is a hyper link. I just used that as an example so that i would have to show my real work email.

So you mean this happens in the builder environment, right?

I would try clearing your browser’s cache and log in with your Gmail account again.

Or, try logging in with an incognito tab.

Open the app builder, go to settings, click on privacy, go to the “Private VS Public” thing and mess around with the settings a bit.

Nah. I think they meant this happens to the builder instead.

Use another account, if it doesn’t work, go back to what I suggested, messing around with the settings.

Yes, this is happening in builder mode and same issue in incognito mode.

If you can contact the support team through the bottom right icon in your builder environment, I would suggest doing so.
