Trying to upgrade - Incorrect phone on system

Hello All,
I am newly using the system and have tried to upgrade the account and it has said confirmation needed to a phone number that is not mine. I have emailed support but as we arent a paying customer yet (which is what I am trying to do) it cant fix it. Says its related to the bank but I haven’t put any bank details in yet. Anyone else had this issue or can suggest a way to help?
