Transfer Pro App

Is there any way to transfer a Pro app to another app?
I have paid for a year for app A and would like to take what is left to make app B to Pro and convert app A to regular app.

I tried the transfer but had a couple of problems.

  1. I paid for a year (did not give the transfer option)
  2. I am trying to transfer to a app in a different account. I have a personal and school account
