Description

  • I am testing a potential set up to improve the applications location precision. However when using the existing Radar integration, but with a new track once workflow I am receiving the above error message. The integration has been running for a while. The only change is the new track once test button.
  • I have set the Track once to report to both specifically the Users Profile and also generically under the check in table with the same outcome.

How to replicate

  • Click ‘Checked Out’ on Check In tab
  • Click ‘Test’ button at the bottom of the ‘Overview Check In’ page.
  • Error message appears.

I have seen a previous discussion where this error message appeared and it was requested a ticket was raised.
