Is it possible to create a template that is NOT for sale or public use?
I wish to create a template for just a few people.

Yes, you can do that.

You could either:

  • Make a copyable version of your app/template, and only share that with selected people, or
  • Create a Team Folder, move a version of your app/template to that folder, and invite selected people to that team. Once they join the team, they could make their own copies.

The second option is probably safer, if you are worried about others getting access to your app.
