Takeaway app: Restrict by Location

I’m creating an app for a restaurant to facilitate deliveries.

They only want to service within a given radius however, and so would like to decline payments or orders made to certain locations.

Is this possible using glide? If not, has anyone done something similar using Stripe rules?
