Still receiving "Action failed" emails from a team I'm no longer in

A weird glitch I’m seeing is I got removed from a team, but I am still receiving email notifications when an action fails in an app from that team. The “Change your notifications settings” link it meant to redirect me to that team’s members page, but I’m no longer in it, so it doesn’t work :thinking:

I have been able to replicate this and will escalate the issue internally.

As a workaround, the team member needs to manually disable the notifications before they are removed from the team.
