Split Relation

From what I read about multi relation, it doesn’t look possible. However I want to see if there is a work around

I want todo a count of people in a certain status. However I need to split the group to show people that are in a certain Church. This is for a multi-church CRM and each person is in 1 of 5 churches and each person is in 1 church

Couldn’t you use Query column with a condition that matches status church?
