Single value column is bringing in multiple values

Hi not sure how this is possible. I have a single value column that pulls off of a split text column. It is pulling in all of the split text options rather than just a singular option. Seems impossible?

So weird. I created an identical split text column called ‘New Column’ literally the same as my first one. I changed the single value to pull of of ‘New Column’ instead and the single value is now working.

Bizarre temporary glitch.

It’s because you are referencing the column via the table instead of directly.
