Signed-in Pin not seen in the mail box

whenever l tried to send this link in the image as expected one has to insert their email address but they don’t receive the pin in their inbox…l thought it’s special domain excluded from receiving the pins???

Did you checked in your spam folder? Did you entered the correct email? Can you attach a image in here? :

I have had a few people email about this too. They are not receiving the emails. Spam/Promotions folder were checked.

It would be good if we could get access to a log of emails sent / Pins received.
