Share a link to a detailed view screen over email

Hi guys,
I built an app and as part of the process,
Users create their items, the admin approves those (over the app) and confirmation email is being sent to the users (custom action, again over the app).

I would like to include in the email a link to their item’s detailed view screen.

How can I do that?
