Hi everyone,
I am integrating the GMail function to send some email clarification to the receiver.
But, I found out that when they received it, the email used was on my email, but I set the From email to each person and To email to each person also.
And for the subject, Body and HTM Body, I was just following the same format.
What is the error/misconfigured I’ve done?
Please help.
Thanks.
Can you explain this? Do you mean the email used was your email? Isn’t that what you want?
You should set the “From” email to the email you connected to the integration, and the “To” email to the person you want to send to.
I actually set To and From already on the integration (action), but they still receive an email from me (which is the one who is created the app).
What do you think the problem on that?
Thanks.
Have you tried setting From to something other than an email, such as a name? Not sure what it would do, but I’m curious.
Can you send a screenshot on how you set it up?
Is my formatting for the email, correct ?
From its placeholder when setting up, it was Name ? it was name only or full name?
How about if there are more email to be send of?
Thanks
Hi, I already posted the set-up I’ve done. Can you look it and see what is the issue?
Thank you.
Why do you have a template for your From field though? It will always be the email that you connected to the Gmail integration. You can not send an email from an address you don’t connect to that integration.
And I don’t think you have set up “To” and “CC” correctly as well. It only needs to be the email of recipients. I’m not sure if you would need a template column for that. If you have a single recipient then just use their email column, otherwise use a Join List column to join the emails of multiple recipients

But, is this possible to change or replace?
If I will gonna set an email address, will create a general one.
Can you explain what you mean by “change” or “replace”?
If you mean being able to change after the initial connection through the integration, then yes.
