Scan Barcode to Create Order (Form)

I own an industrial supply company. I’m building an app to help me and my customers manage consigned inventory that we place in their warehouse. Every item has a barcode that is labeled in their warehouse.

I’m trying to create a flow where the user will use the scan linear barcode function to allow user to input the quantity of the item that the user is removing from the location. How do I create the action of scan linear barcode > quantity removed > save?
