Hi,
In the ‘Profile’ page, the button in the upper right corner of the page with the pencil (shown below) does not seem to work. What must I do to get this working?

What is your edit condition for that?

Make sure there is an actual row of data that you are viewing. If you have it filtered, or there is no data in the sheet, there is nothing to edit.

I only have email, not Email adicionado

Ah you are using the Admin app.

I use client App , i found Email adicionado but the edit is always grey

there is no user sheet, that’s why i can’t found it

This is independently what type of data you’re using - google sheets or glide tables - you just need to have a tab where you collect the emails and users infos to set like I showed you
