Describe the bug:

  • Safari on iOS does not respect Number Entry field formatting

Expected behavior:

  • When a field is set as a Number Entry field, only numbers should be allowed.

How to replicate:

  • Create a number entry field for an app. Open the app in iOS. Tap in the field to enter the value. The full keyboard will be displayed and allow entry of any character.
