Hi all! I added a user specifically to a sheet for employee information, and I group based on departments. When choosing the section in different user views, this particular employee does not show up. I have a staff section, where the employee shows up with all their information. It’s just this one section. I checked the ROW ID to ensure it was the same as the profile or Unique ID. Any ideas? Also, is there a way to refresh/reset Row ID’s/Unique IDs?
no… you don’t refresh any ID, it would be not ID if you can refresh, you must get a new one.
if something doesn’t show in filters… that means filter is not good… most likely some small detail you misted
