Hi why is it that the rich text panel only shows two lines of text ?
The first screen shot is of the text in the app and the second shot is of the edit panel…

What action did you use to open the “edit panel”?
Insert “Rich Text” icon, then the panel opens up on the right, click on “custom” then a single line box opens. I now use a text editor to compose my HTML text and then paste it in. But it only displays two lines of the pasted text…
I’ve seen this and I think it’s a bug.
Sometimes (but not always) when you paste multiple lines of text into a template column, only the first two lines will be visible in the editor. The rest of it is there, but you can’t see it and you can’t edit it. The only way to edit it is to copy the lot, paste it elsewhere, edit it and then paste it back in.

I’ve been meaning to report it, but I can’t find a way to reliably reproduce it.
