Restart the app and builder

I just upgraded to the Private Pro plan, and I’m having the same problem that everyone else seems to have: the email address doesn’t have access to this app. I’ve read that the first thing to try is restarting the app and builder. How do I do that? Also, when it emails that you got a message, it comes from “noreply”. How do I set that up so it comes from something specific? Thanks.

What is you privacy setting? Does the email you’re signing in with have access according to that setting?

With the Send Email action? You can set the From value on the action, I believe.
