Won't recognize email address

Hello,

I’m a little frustrated. I have a classic app that only has three pre-approved users. I am the builder and one of the three. I have the app installed on my phone and it was working fine. Now, suddenly, it tells me that my email address “doesn’t have access to this app.”

How can this be? I’m the builder! I’m one of three pre-approved, invited users. Does anyone have any ideas what I should do?

First thing I would do is check the Privacy Settings to make sure nothing has changed.
