I am not sure I even know how to approach this…but:
- Users will log “user specific” data.
- I would like the ability to generate a “report” or other method to display previous data.
- For example: users record deadlifts on 4/13 using a weight value of 125lbs. One week later, 4/20, the user can easily access the data value and be able to use that value for current workout.
- Is this possible?
Are the records on 4/13 and 4/20 logged using 2 different rows?
Hi. I believe they would be… but, I am open to suggestions/help/advice
Do you always need to refer to a record from the last week? Does the same user do the same type of workout anytime between those two days?
I am sorry, I should have given more details. So an example would look like this:
Day 1: (a) Deadlifts, (b) Bench Press, (c) Shoulder Press
Equipment for Day 1: (a) Barbell, (b) Dumbbell, (c) Barbell
Reps for Day 1: (a) 10 reps, (b) 10 reps, (c) 10 reps
Weight Log for Day 1: (a) 110 lbs, (b) 95 lbs, (c) 30 lbs
Same routine on Day 7:
Start of Workout: Reference to previous week’s workout for weight used.
(a) Deadlifts, (b) Bench Press, (c) Shoulder Press
Equipment for Day 1: (a) Barbell, (b) Dumbbell, (c) Barbell
Reps for Day 1: (a) 10 reps, (b) 10 reps, (c) 10 reps
Weight Log for Day 7: Record weights used on Day 7.
Repeat for 4 weeks or so. Always same person. Would like a graph or something to show improvement.
@ThinhDinh in addition to the above, is it possible to embed a video within a table and have instructions also?
For example:
Exercise Name | Exercise Instructions | Exercise Video
