Gym Progress App

Hey there beautiful community.
Currently building a workout app for my clients, i assign them their workout routine with specific reps and sets.

I need them to record each week the weight and the reps they did so we can keep track of progress.

What would b the easiest method for that?

I currently have this setup to showcase the exercise.

I guess you just have a tab for them with a form to add those, and allow them to view their logs.

Does it work?

Are they only recording once a week? Once per workout?
