Relation rows limit

Hello,

I’d like to know if there’s a row limit for “Relation”. To give you some context, I’m currently cataloging my entire inventory, and there are over 300 rows. I’ve created a “Relation” between two tables to retrieve this inventory so my technicians can enter the parts they used on their work orders. However, when I create the “Relation”, the word “Query” appears on each row, and I don’t know what it means. I also can’t seem to find my “Relation” in my layout component… I know there are no errors in my “Relation” because the system previously worked with an older inventory table (with fewer rows than the current one) that I created, but it hasn’t worked since I imported my new inventory. Are you working on a Glide big table ou regular table? You can see this by looking at the icon left of the name of the table in the Data Editor:

Je ne suis pas fan des grandes tables. Si tu es certain que les entrées ont vocation à croître énormément, alors certes il te faut une grande table.

Mais si tu n’es pas sûr, étudie bien la question. Les grandes tables ont des avantages mais aussi des limitations :

There are some features in Glide that aren’t compatible with a Big Table. These unavailable features are:

  • Single Value columns: Cannot target a Big Table directly but work via Multiple Relations or Queries. Only Single Value → First is supported.

  • Lookups into Big Tables (eg. Lookups via Multiple Relations or Lookups that target an entire Big Table column) are supported in Multiple Relations and Queries but limited to 100 matching rows.

  • Rollups and Joined Lists: Work with most computed columns but are limited to 100 matching rows.

  • Delete Rows action: Cannot be applied through a multi-relation in Big Tables.

  • The User Profile data source cannot be a Big Table.

  • Aggregations in general are limited to 100 matching rows.

D’accord merci, c’est bien ce qui me semblait il y a une limite dans la recherche à partir d’un composant “Choice” par exemple, il ne peut pas me faire choisir plus de 100 ligne de produit de mon stock… Malheureusement, j’ai essayé d’importé mon tableau excel à partir d’une table normale et ce dernier ne fonctionnait pas. C’est donc pour cela que j’avais opté pour une grande table.

Tu peux importer un fichier CSV bien propre ?

Je réessayerais demain car le tableau Excel est sur le pc de mon entreprise mais j’avais bel et bien importer en CSV et cela n’avait pas fonctionné, ça me disait que le fichier était trop volumineux..
