Referral link disappeared

I’m not sure what the right answer is. Officially it says that referrals only apply to old user that have the My Apps folder. @Lucas_Pires’s post says otherwise, but I’m not sure. Maybe he can confirm or explain how it works with team folders. Maybe it was only available to existing team folder for awhile???
