Referral Rows Not Being Applied to My Team Folder

Hey guys, I had accumulated quite a few referral rows for the apps in My Apps section. I was told that I could pick a team folder to apply those row to, so that it would not be lost. Right now, I can’t access a couple of the apps I need to use because of this. I tried submitting a support ticket but it’s only for paying Glide members. How can I get those referral rows to the team folder that I specify?
