Read-Only pop-up

I’m trying to log in and receive this pop-up. (Message is “You’re in read-only mode. Any changes you make won’t be saved.”

Then I click the OK button and see this on the screen. (3 oscillating vertical bars)

I cannot get into my template. Is there any at Glide that go to the “code-behind” and fix this issue?

I get this pop-up on occasion, mostly in the train when I have a poor internet connection I believe.

Do you have a poor internet connection by any chance? Could you try switching between wifi and data to see if that helps?

I’m currently hard wired (RJ45) to my internet router. The connection is strong and up/down speeds are very good.

What happens when you alter your connection?

  • Wi-Fi
  • Data
  • Switching off a VPN

How about:

  • Trying an incognito window
  • Switching browsers

You can also double check the status of the platform.

I was able to login using an incognito window. Please explain why this works verses using a non-incognito window.
Is there something I can set in Glide so I can login in a non-incognito window?

Do you use any browser extensions that may be interfering? Otherwise, I recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies for Glide and see if that helps.
