Read-only mode AND This app is open in another tab

So first thing this morning, with exactly one Glide tab open (and I’m the only editor in my team), I got the Read-only mode popup. So following advice from another post on this topic, I cleared my cache and cookies. Then I went a step further and restarted my device and logged into Glide. The very first thing I see when I open an app is this:

If I haven’t added any new extensions, and I’ve done all the other usual stuff, how do get Glide to stop crying wolf?

I know that Glide are looking into this behaviour. Can you provide your AppID please and I’ll bring this thread to their attention.

Usually, I do it just by clicking “Open app here,” then I assume the session everywhere else has been terminated.
