I’m building an app to be used by roughly 1000 people at the same time. Each user will be given an account and have their “profile” row already established. This app is for an educational program that takes place through the course of a week. Users are broken into a set number of groups, comprising ~50 users to a group, where they will need to coordinate between each other and accomplish tasks during the week.
In the course of using the app, each user will be able to participate in an election system where they choose from a list of candidates and vote. The staff running the program will also use the app to count/verify/submit the results of these elections. There are also group chats that users can contribute to. All of this is done exclusively with Glide’s internal tools (no integrations) and in Glide Tables (no Google Sheets or other sources).
Would these sort of interactions use updates? No rows are being created and no outside sources are being touched so I assume the number of updates being used is 0, but I wanted to check if anyone had a better answer.
