Thanks for your quick reply but what I am referring to is open apps that have been “installed” on users device desktops that appear to NOT receive the structural updates.
Refer to the post that @Deena posted. That is the “exact” issue I am referring to.
During a weekend conference my users generally keep the “installed” app open the entire time and don’t close it. Sure, any “Data” updates occur immediately but for those structural changes (i.e. we add a new button on the first screen to they can fill out a post event survey), the attendees don’t see that change in their open app.
