We still have the problem that we / I need to store which T&C agreement the user signed on which date - so maintain a record. Just because there is a ‘logic’ does not mean we are compliant with record keeping

The information that the user agrees to the agreement on which date is stored in your App: Logins sheet.

Ah - good. Then I need to do an arrayformula lookup in my Users sheet to pull in that information. I can even have an Admin doct that is the T&C, with dates and versions, so I can keep track of what was signed, by whom, and when.
