"Preview template" does not open

App templates do not open

for each app template from https://go.glideapps.com/ that I try to preview or even save a copy it just gives me this message and do not open: " This app was opened in another tab If you’d like to continue editing it, please reopen it from your dashboard." Can someone help me with what is the problem and how to solve it? Thank You!!

Is this the same issue?
