Pictures in one row to be displayed in a card swipe. How do I do this?

I believe it has to be in multiple rows to be usable in a swipe layout. What’s your use case?

you can create another sheet where you can tranpose your data
eg. =TRANSPOSE(a1:x1) in google sheet
