Personal email

Hi,

I tried sharing my new app with my wife, but she couldn’t access with her own email address. She keeps receiving the error “please access with your personal email address”.

I am on the free plan. My wife and I share the same personal domain, our email addresses are in the form firstname@lastname.it, but this is no business email, it’s very personal, and there is no website associated with www.lastname.it (and it is the same that I use on my account)

Additionally, her email address is listed in the user table (4 addresses in total).

I have the feeling the Glide assumes that this is a business address. Can you shed some light on this? Do we necessarily have to use only gmail/yahoo/… addresses? In fact, I have been able to use a gmail account, but I’d like to use our regular personal email address, not a Gmail one that we do not regularly use

If it’s only the two of you that need to use the App, what you can do is add her as a team member, and then she should be able to access it.
