I have my first paid subscriber. He signed up using his work email. When he tries to login to the app he is getting a message “Please use your personal email address to access this app” He tries to use his personal email address and the app is asking him to pay again.
Any advise?

He paid with his work email. I ended up giving him a refund, removed him from the app and asked him to sign up using his personal email. He did and its now working. I just thought it was odd that he was having issues with his work email. Ive done several test with my work email and personal email and never ran into this issue.
You are probably on a Maker plan which only allows non-professional email addresses to log in.
