My app is published as Public → No user profile. If about 300 users access the app concurrently at peak, is it likely to become slow or show noticeable latency?
No. Each user has the App running on their own device. So it doesn’t matter if you have 300 or 3000 users, the experience will be the same.

For the purpose of an internal competition presentation, about 300 users may simultaneously submit data — could this cause load or delays?
No, that shouldn’t be a problem in terms of load. But if users need to view data that other users are submitting, just be aware that there could be a few seconds delay before any new data syncs to all users devices.
