Payment not collected, not notified, lost Legacy plan

I’m quite confused and would appreciate some guidance right now.

I had a Legacy Pro account for years but hadn’t used Glide for a few months. I have just checked and seen that I’ve been taken off the plan… the payment wasn’t taken in July and it’s been marked as “overdue”.

Every other month this year, payment was taken from the same account.

There are more than sufficient funds in the account for payment to be made but it doesn’t seem to have been done?

I received no comms to say that payment had failed - at any time. Nor any warning that payment was overdue.

Is anyone in the same boat? Is it possible to resume my Legacy Pro account?
