“Allow selecting multiple” does not work for the choice component when using the “chips” option combined with a column to filter those chips. The selections are being reset to a single selection if/when filtering choices.
Yeaaaah…I’ve see that before. Not a bug. It’s because with chips, you’re not really
“searching” but rather filtering. Filtering the list of choice items clears any selections ruled out by the filter. With the dropdown layout, you’re using the native search experience (not filtering), so it works as intended.
