Thank you, Jeff. I watched the topic, but I find it a bit complicated and I still havenât figured out how it works. Is there an easier way to create the org chart? I used the AI custom component, which generated an org chart for me, but Iâm unsure how to link the data to my existing user table. Do you have any ideas?
Itâs not something Iâve tried to create my myself. I imagine for it to work well with a custom component, creating some sort of JSON hierarchy of all your data in a single column cell would be the easiest way for the AI to understand the data and do something with it. I donât think you are going to get it to read several rows of data on itâs own to figure out your hierarchy, since it can only read data from the current row. For that reason I think you need to aggregate your data into a single cell, and JSON is typically the best format for that.

I can vouch for this, but make sure you include a sample JSON structure of your data in your prompt. I did it for another app and the AI Component tried to guess my JSON structure at first, instead of using the JSON structure I linked to it.
