Optimize Site load feedback

Hey Glide Friends

I am starting to get traction with :round_pushpin:Surf Diary
However I have a few users starting to complain that the site is getting slow

Can anyone give me feedback on how to optimize?

I have a few ideas, but want to get feedback before going too far ahead?

  1. Create smaller version of thumbnail images through cloudinery
  2. Make recent uploads only 5 images and they have to click more to see the rest?

Anything else to suggest?

Just an update, I did both and it improved the overall load incredibly.

Any idea, how I can improve the initial load?

Good suggestions. Do you want to use row owners so they don’t load rows that they would never see or need access to?
