No, not at this time. At most you can create a Page project from App data, but you still have to redo all of the design and actions.

Is there someone designated by Glide who does it manually for you?

Glide will not personally rebuild your App into a Page…unless you pay them loads of money.

Glide Pages merging with Glide Apps?

I think we are a year or more out before Apps go away completely. They will most likely disable the ability to create new apps sometime this year, but existing apps will still function normally. Glide will be discussing the transition process with experts over the next several months. I think there is a likely chance that glide will build a process to handle the conversion automatically.
