New users not able to access our app

At some point last night, every new member added to our google sheet has been unable to access our Glide App. Checked our zaps from purchase and new users have been added to our sheet without any issues. Extremely confused why this may be. The only change that has been made is we upgraded our account today to allow for more users.

Check your Privacy section of the app to make sure you’re allowing the correct users to access the app.
