New Titles Style Layout Problem

Describe the bug:

• The new Title Component Styles are not formatted well. The text size is very small and the top padding is very small with large bottom padding.

New Title Component

Using a container with 2:1 text in one half and button bar in the other.

The Title component is better on mobile than using a container with a text and button bar element. But it is still aligned top.

This is using the simple style in the compact design size. Same result with the default design.
