My account was downgraded to free

Today, I was surprised to discover that my account was downgraded to “free,” even though I’m a subscriber (my last payment was made as usual last Monday).

I no longer have access to the paid features. The billing page displays no information, just a blank screen with a spinning icon indicating an endless download. Likewise, the usage page doesn’t load any information.

I contacted support, but since my account is now “free,” I won’t receive worse service, and they may not respond today.

Is this happening to anyone else?
