Who can help me make a login system with multiple options such as email, username, and phone number and admin can set user role.
Building your own authentication will not be secure by any means and I believe is a violation of Glide Terms and Conditions. I recommend using the built in authentication that Glide provides because it will be much more secure.

Section 4 – Applications and User Data: you are solely responsible for complying with all privacy laws when you “collect, upload, store, transmit, display” User Data. Email addresses, phone numbers and (especially) passwords are regulated personal data; processing them without strong, industry-standard security would breach the obligation to handle User Data lawfully.

Section 20 – Restrictions on Use: you may not “use the Services or contents set forth therein for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.” Circumventing Glide’s official auth system undermines the intended, contractually accepted way to control access, putting the app in an “inconsistent” state with respect to the Agreement.

Glide has many features that require upgrading to a paid version, and the cost is not cheap. It also doesn’t offer complete ease of use, and it’s better to build a custom application using Android Studio since there’s not much difference and it’s free.
1 more think I forgot to let you know I just used it for my own company and just want to allow register and login used our domain only.
