I have a spreadsheet with 2 columns- barcode1 and barcode2 - I made a form in the app to scan the 2 barcodes into the sheet but for some reason it adds 2 rows with the same data everything.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.

Are you using an add row action in the “on submit” part of the form? The form already adds a row for you so you don’t need an extra “add row”.
Oh I didn’t know that - so should I just leave the action to none.
