I want to make both glide app and glide page,
and make a tab bar in glide page like a glide app.
Can I make tab bar when users use glide page in mobile view?

No, I don’t think it’s possible as of now. You can only have the top bar of tabs when you use Glide Pages (or a menu, in smaller devices).
