Hello please can help me?

how I can receive public users than signing with mail (or them gmail) in my app. is not the option public with mail in the app pro? there say I have public signing with mail option + private signing, I don’t understand how can I received my costumers that coming from advertising

hola buenos dias, estoy tratando de activar la opción de “public sign in with mail” para que cualquier persona que tenga acceso al app pueda inscribirse en la aplicación por ejemplo con su gmail. En aplicación no pagas deja hacerlo, la mía la pase a pro y solo me deja dar acceso a personas que tengo su correo agregado a mi google sheet .

Por lo que describes, to adquiriste el Private Pro Plan que solo te va a permitir ingresar usuarios que tu agregues en tu lista.

pero el pro plan incluye el public y private opción, no pasas a pro y pierdes opciones del standar, o si?

Hola,

Hay 2 tipos de Planes Pro. El Pro App te permite tener la app Pública o Pública con Email. El Private App solo permitirá Contraseña o Emails in una lista.

Pero creo hay un error entones en la propuesta ya que si vemos dice

Yo lo entiendo exactamente igual que tu, es decir, que con la versión ‘Private App’ espeor obtener todo lo de la ‘Pro App’ más las características extra.

Private Pro is not an upgrade from Pro. They both have pro features. The main difference is the type of user authentication that you need and the security of the data within the app. An app will either have Public authentication, where anybody can sign in, or it will have Private authentication, where you restrict who can sign in. An app can’t be both Public and Private.

If you need Private features, then get the Private Pro plan. If you don’t need them, then just get the Pro plan.
